Time to sit

It's good to be involved and occupied, but it's also good to have time to sit and rest, review and reflect. Today's been a bit of both. Past few weeks have been just too much running without enough resting. Have to keep the balance.

Spring has nearly sprung. Flowering on the viburnum and the cherry laurel (I don't recall having seen the cherry laurel bloom, so it may finally be thinking of itself as established and comfortable). We saw other redbud trees in bloom the other day, but ours aren't even thinking about it yet. A few of the bluebonnets have sprouted, but I'm certainly hoping for a better germination rate than what I see so far...
