It's Monday... a day when the Houston Temple is generally closed... however...
Today I had the opportunity to show up with my temple recommend and my jeans and shirt... to come and clean. Yes, I got to change into a neat jumper, but after that I spent four hours dusting and vacuuming... the chapel, all three sealing rooms, both endowment rooms and the Celestial Room. Course, then there's the huge hallway that connects all of them. Probably wouldn't be too much of a big deal, but in many of those rooms there is carpet that shows every footprint -- and those temple custodians don't want to see any footprints!
Just hope that folks going to the temple tomorrow morning have nice clean temple shoes and refrain from bringing in any dust! :)
